Feel confident about your future
On a level of 1-10, how stressed do you feel right now? How would reducing stress change your life?
Stress is on the rise worldwide. More than 300 million people worldwide suffer from depression1. Chronic stress appears in many emotional and physical forms, such as irritability, fatigue, and illness. If you can do one thing to improve your future, it’s learning to cope with stress.
Meditation and visualization—picturing situations—are powerful tools you can engage to de-stress and take control of your life. We offer guided meditations for men and women who want to achieve specific health goals and feel more confident about their futures.
At Circle + Bloom, we’re passionate about the potential of the mind-body connection. While science is still inconclusive about how your mind can heal disease and change your physiology, it’s clear that it works. Women have successfully used our programs to increase fertility, get pregnant, heal after cancer treatment, and improve their general health. You don’t need any equipment, supplements, or medication to start our programs, which have all been developed for specific circumstances.

We understand where you’re at because we’ve been there
If you’ve nearly given up trying to get pregnant because nothing’s worked so far, don’t give up hope quite yet. Our founder, Joanne Verkuilen, was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) when she was in her late teens. Having children brought up a flood of emotions, ones that you may be experiencing now—helplessness, frustration, depression. Why must something so natural be so hard for so many of us?
Over 10% of women worldwide are experiencing fertility issues, despite having stable relationships for five years or more2. We believe every woman should have the opportunity to have a child. It’s one of the most fulfilling and wonderful experiences in life. And we’ll do our best to help you realize this dream.
Since launching our fertility and pregnancy programs, Circle + Bloom’s expanded to help others dealing with stress and health issues. Men and women around the world are using guided meditation and visualization to enhance their mind-body connection, reduce stress, and increase energy.

Joanne Verkuilen, founder & partner
Circle+Bloom was born out of Joanne’s passion for helping women overcome stress and infertility linked to stress. She was diagnosed with PCOS in her late-teens and was told that having a child would be very difficult for her. She had two very different pregnancy experiences but is now a mother to two happy, beautiful children.
Joanne delivers the guided meditations you’ll find in Circle+Bloom programs, among other things. She seeks to advance mind-body awareness and is a contributor to the fertility community and conversation in the United States of America.

Susan Cooke, Co-CEO
Susan was inspired to join Circle+Bloom by her sister, Joanne’s, passion about the mind-body connection and fertility issues. She remarried when she was 39 when she decided to have another child. Her OBGYN explained that her age was not necessarily going to be the biggest barrier to pregnancy, but stress. He encouraged Susan to find ways to manage stress and eliminate worry. In her words, “starting a company at 44 with a three-year-old running around the house” has been an incredible and challenging experience. The “profound” experiences Circle+Bloom community members share with her have increased her sense of purpose even more.
