Program Outline

This program includes 17 audio sessions (12-15 minutes each). You will receive instant online access once you create your account and will be able to download the sessions as well to listen to them however you prefer to.

As with all our programs, each session consists of three distinct components:

First Trimester

Listen to each session as many times as you like during each week.

Week 5: Focus on inner balance, with respect to the ebb and flow of your energy, hormones, blood-oxygen and all other important elements of your pregnancy. Visualize embryo development, focusing on the three important layers of growth: the spinal cord, the heart and circulatory system, and the lungs and digestive system. Learn ways to strengthen feelings of abundance and gratitude.

Week 6: Visualize the harmonious and ever-expanding abundance and feedback loops inside your body, which provides the perfect environment for growth. Visualize your baby’s face, which is starting to emerge, and their heart, which is beating 80 times-per-minute. Focus on ways to reduce nausea or other uncomfortable pregnancy side effects.

Week 7: Visualize the growth of your baby’s brain cells (about the size of a blueberry!) and feel that everything is happening just as it should. Visualize the infinite communication between your hypothalamus and baby/uterus/placenta. Learn the art of conscious breathing, a perfect state of balance and health, minimizing nausea or any other discomfort.

Week 8: Focus on the inner energy and movement of blood-oxygen, “fill up” your hands with love and abundance and then place our hands over your abdomen, sending love to your baby. Your baby is about the size of a raspberry, growing arms, legs, and eyelids.

Use visualization and breathing exercises to address any uncomfortable side effects.

Week 9: Find a sense of peace and deep inner relaxation by knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be. Everything that has happened in your life has led you to this perfect moment. As you do in Week 8, you’ll do another “placing of the hands” exercise on your lower abdomen, “embracing” your uterus/womb, which strengthens feelings of connection with your baby.

Week 10: Visualize expansion, harmony and balance. Feel open, connected, and gracious. Visualize your growing baby, now approximately the same size as a strawberry, seeing he/she move their arms and legs. Their organs are fully formed. You’ll also do an exercise to address exhaustion and sleep.

Week 11: Visualize the baby (or babies) being about 1.5 inches long, with hands that can now open and close. Their tooth buds appear, bones begin to harden, and they’re kicking and stretching. Pause to feel a growing sense of gratitude for the incredible process—the “bloom”—is happening inside of you. You’ll go through visualization exercises to help with healthy eating, as well as the perfect flow of inner energy.

Week 12: Focus on increasing the feeling of connection to your baby. You can visualize the baby curling his or her toes, making sucking motions with their mouth, and being about the size of a lime.

Week 13: Focus on celebrating this incredible milestone—the end of your first trimester! Visualize accepting family and community support, while expanding your loving energy to your placenta, making it rich and healthy with nutrients.

Second Trimester

Listen to each session as many times as you like throughout each month.

Month 4: Take a journey inside your uterus to visualize the very round and organic shape, sensing the color, the light, and the warmth.

Baby (or babies!) will grow from 3.5 inches to 5.0 inches to about the size of a large mango over the month. Picture all kinds of facial expressions, from squinting to smiling, and maybe even thumb-sucking. Your baby’s eyelids are still fused shut, but he/she can sense light. Their liver is functioning and their spleen is producing red blood cells. You might be starting to show, and can now detect your baby’s sex.

Month 5: Everything happening inside is in perfect balance. You can sense loving energy from your baby and visualize their growth: their skeleton is changing from cartilage to bone, the umbilical cord is growing stronger and thicker. He/she will grow from 5 ounces to 3/4 of a pound and to about 10 inches head to heel, or about the size of a banana. They can move their joints and their sweat glands are starting to develop. Sensory development is exploding, with your baby’s brain designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision and touch. They might be able to hear your voice now. Also, their arms and legs are in the right proportion to the rest of the body now. If you haven’t felt him/her move yet, you will start to now.

Month 6: At this point, your baby will double in weight from one to two pounds in the month. Their pancreas has started working and they’re gaining cute little baby fat—they’re starting to look like a newborn! Hair is growing and your baby’s eyesight is developing. You’ll visualize the future sex of the baby, confidence in becoming a mother and the deep innate place that exists within you.  

Third Trimester

Listen to each session as many times as you like throughout each month.

Month 7: At this point, your baby is starting to sleep and wake at regular intervals, opening and closing their eyes, perhaps sucking their thumb. Your baby is becoming very active now. You’ll visualize balance, happiness, relaxation and expansion.

Month 8: By the end of this month, your baby will weigh over five pounds. They can turn from side to side, and their arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out. You’ll feel it getting snug inside your uterus. You’ll visualize, in great detail, how you desire your birthing process to unfold, which will help you feel confident and in control, and ready for a pain-free—even pleasurable—delivery.

Month 9: Focus on empowerment, reducing fear and anxiety, and increasing patience as you prepare for birthing. You’ll feel an expansion that allows light, love, and joy into every fiber of your being. You’ll be holding your baby in your arms very soon!

You’ll practice deep breathing and visualize your birthing process in preparation. You’ll also practice visualizations to have your baby in the optimal head-down position during birth.

Should I listen to sessions more than once per day to get double or triple the effects?

You can certainly listen to more than one session per day, though it would be more useful to try complementary practices like yoga, mindful walking, breathing exercises, meditation, listening to soothing music and journaling in addition to listening to your daily session. Building a daily mindfulness and relaxation habit that includes a few activities will help round out the program and set you up for success.
