FET Success After 3 Years – Christina’s Success Story

I tried to conceive for over 3 years. The last few months were the worst. My reasons for not conceiving all made sense to me, and we kept moving up the infertility ladder. I never lost hope because reasons were always involved. But 3 years in, I had a canceled IVF cycle due to thin uterine lining (a problem I had never heard of because it had never been an issue for me before). I started to lose my mind. It now seemed like my body was searching for reasons to stay infertile.

I listened to a friend who recommended acupuncture to help increase my uterine lining. The acupuncturist recommended Circle + Bloom. The internet recommended certain foods and drinks to help me as well. I spend most of the next two months focused on how every decision I made might affect my uterine lining (quite different from my laid-back approach from the previous 3 years). Thank goodness for Circle + Bloom for helping me stay calm during that period.

I had never meditated before. I really liked guided meditation for this reason and felt grateful there was guided meditation SPECIFICALLY for someone taking fertility drugs and going through an FET. It helped me feel like I was not alone.
