I started with the free fertility meditation program last December, got pregnant within the same month and started the Program for Healthy Pregnancy and Delivery for 9 months. It was an awesome journey as I had an easy pregnancy. I also loved the Happy Birth Program and used this as one of my meditations with Hypnobirthing. I successfully gave birth to a healthy baby boy last September 23rd through a normal and natural birth.
