When did you know when you could get pregnant? When you got your first period. It didn’t matter how often it came after that, pregnancy was a possibility from that moment forward.
That’s when your parents started praying, even if they’re devout Atheists. It goes something like this “Please don’t get pregnant. Please don’t get pregnant. Please Lord, I don’t want to be a grandparent yet.”
If you apply that same logic at the other end of the spectrum, the question becomes…
When does a woman’s ability to get pregnant end?
The answer is when her period stops at menopause.
Huh. Doesn’t that just make sense?
So all this fuss about low AMH, diminished ovarian reserve, high FSH, and what doctors say is or is not possible does not negate that truth.
They’re just distractions. As long as you stay focused on what’s NOT possible, you’re going to remain where you are.
Instead, pause and think about what IS possible…if your ovaries are releasing eggs, you can get pregnant.
It’s your job to make sure they, and really your entire body (physical, emotional, and spiritual), are as healthy as possible to support a healthy baby.
Don’t give your power away to these arbitrary social edicts when your body is clearly telling you that it’s fully possible.
And they ARE arbitrary. Doctors can’t agree on what age your fertility ends.
So if you feel like there’s a point of no return, that point is actually quite flexible, depending on your beliefs, thoughts, and actions.
In fact, even menopause can be delayed with the right lifestyle. That’s been proven with my clients who have been diagnosed as pre-menopausal or stopped having periods and have gone on to have healthy babies.
If you stay with the mass consciousness, you will get results that come from that way of thinking which, depending on your age, is often nothing.
Get your power back. That would be a simple and powerful course correction on your fertility journey.
It takes courage to steer clear from the collective thinking. Yes, it will feel very lonely at times. Let your vision keep you motivated. If you can, connect with your spirit baby for reassurance that it’s very possible.
You got this, girl!
