Circle+Bloom Saved My Sanity.
I recently, by chance, came across this website called Circle+Bloom. I saw this: “For Those Serious About Getting Pregnant. something you can do every single day, during your fertility journey.”So of course I was intrigued because I’d never heard of this website before and wanted to know more. The more I read, the more excited I was – they have programs for women who are trying to get pregnant and here’s how it works:
If you think that stress is in any way coming in between you and parenthood, look no further for your solution. Here it is, and it is waiting to be downloaded for you right now.
But that’s not all, our programs are also based on the fact that we have have “body-intelligence” that we can tap into using guided imagery or visualization. It’s therapeutic benefits are profound and we’ve taken the guess-work out of it for you. Spending just 15 minutes a day for your fertility, our programs are elegantly simple, and surprisingly effective.
In a nut shell, you take 15 minutes out of your day to de-stress, relax your body (which relaxes your emotions!) and use guided imagery to balance what’s going on in the inside of your body. I love this for so many reasons, the main one being that when you’re trying so hard to get pregnant you start working against yourself. You can’t relax and you get stressed out over it all which actually goes against your goal of trying to conceive…I’m living proof of that one. Everyone tells you “relax” and “stop thinking about it” which always makes me laugh because it’s like telling an alcoholic “don’t drink”. It’s not that easy.
August officially marks one year of “trying” to conceive for us, it took this long to get pregnant with Luke. I did meet with a great Dr. last week and we are talking about next steps so we’ll see where that takes us. It’s a little frustrating how desperate I feel to have another baby, a sibling for Luke. I just turned 28, so really it’s not like I’m 38 trying to do this which gives me plenty of hope and positivity. Patience in a world full of instant gratification is good reminder and lesson to learn.
Circle+Bloom has really saved my sanity in all this because each day I go to a quiet place in the house (when Julian is playing with Luke or just before bedtime) and take 15 minutes for me, to relax, de-stress and gain balance again…physically and emotionally. I look forward to it every day.
What I love about these programs is the diversity of them, they have one for IVF/IUI, PCOS, and Natural Cycle for fertility. They also have a healthy pregnancy program and a happy birth for a relaxed delivery program. I’ve also got the Shameless Baby Making for putting for “hot baby making sex…again” which I have yet to listen to! The cost ranges from $59.00 and under for a download straight to your computer/listening device of your choice, or you can choose to have the CDs sent to you. I have them on my iPhone and so I don’t get interrupted during my relaxation I simply turn my phone to “airplane mode” and voila…no one bothers me! (I think I need to do that more often come to think of it…!)
I can’t tell you enough how much it’s already made a difference (4 days in!) of listening to this relaxation program and it’s the first thing I’ve found to help support you physically and emotionally. Actually, acupuncture did this for me but it wasn’t a lot of fun trekking over to the office 3 times a week and having my whole evening routine thrown off, which resulted in…more stress. You can do this program in the comfort of your own home and in your own time which is one of my favorite things about it!
So now you’re saying “geez, I wish I was TTC so I can get all that great balance and relaxation too” right? Well, they have GREAT programs for MOMS too!! They are:
These all cost $24 or less to download straight to your computer instantly! Jennie is going to try out the Happy Mind, Healthy Body and the Energy for Empowerment! She’ll report back on her experience with it!
Each week, I’ll write more about my experience with Circle+Bloom, so keep reading and I’ll be sure to keep you posted. They have an infinite amount of info about their programs on their website, including a wonderful blog with all kinds of priceless positive support for those TTC!
Is there one of these programs you’d like to try, why?? Let’s share some positive energy together, as Moms we need all we can get sometimes don’t we?!
*Disclosure: We were sent 4 of the programs mentioned to review and tell you about. All our opinions are our own and completely honest.
